Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on datojudi.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform.
- Datojudi reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of account information.
- Accounts registered using false or incomplete information may be suspended or closed without notice.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.
- Datojudi will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.
- Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the datojudi support team immediately.
- Users are not permitted to share accounts or transfer account ownership to any other party.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the datojudi platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The use of automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities within the platform is forbidden and may result in legal action.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the datojudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity.
Deposit Policy
- All deposits must be made through payment methods approved by datojudi.
- Deposits credited to an account may not be transferred to another user.
- Datojudi reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of violating platform policies.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Datojudi reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take up to several business days.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the datojudi support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.
Platform Liability Limits
The datojudi platform is provided on an "as is" basis. datojudi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
Datojudi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or factors beyond the platform's control.
In all cases, datojudi's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Datojudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document
- Suspected fraud, system manipulation, or unlawful activity
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Use of multiple accounts by a single individual
- Attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities or promotions through unauthorised means
- Requests from relevant legal authorities
Balances in accounts suspended for fraud may not be eligible for return, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the datojudi platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of datojudi or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
The datojudi platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. datojudi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk, and users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Datojudi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.
